do you follow a story board or is it all spontaneous?

I plan it all out. I write down the main plot and break it down into comic issues. I write down a brief summary of the plot of each issue and what I want to happen, then I thumbnail each page. I redraw the page with more detail and finish it up.

I also leave room for change. The original Page 14 was a little different but I didn't like how it told the story on the page. Wish I had kept the original pencils but you can kinda of see it here.
